The Coaching Innovation Lab, operated by ONUS Leadership, offers the Impact Accelerator, an 8-week implementation course designed to help coaches enhance their coaching business through the use of AI. Our digital products include:

All prices displayed on our Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

4. USER ELIGIBILITY

4.1 Age Requirements

While any age can access our website, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase our courses or services. By purchasing our products or services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4.2 Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 Ownership

Except for the third-party content explicitly identified below, all content, features, and functionality on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by ONUS Leadership or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are expressly prohibited from:

6. PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Kajabi Payments via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Kajabi Payments' Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Buy Now Pay Later Options

Financing options are available through Afterpay and Klarna. If you select a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option, ONUS Leadership will receive payment in full from the provider, and you will enter into financing terms with your selected BNPL provider. ONUS Leadership is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or policies of these third-party financing providers.

6.3 Payment Plans

We offer a 3-month payment plan for our courses. If you choose this option, your payment will be processed in three equal monthly installments, beginning on the date of purchase.

6.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is missed, you will have 14 days to rectify the payment. After this period, your access to our courses and materials will be suspended until payment is received.

7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

7.1 Time Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-Day Time Back Guarantee for the Impact Accelerator program. If you complete the program and, within 60 days, cannot reasonably project saving more time than you spent on the course, we will refund your investment, subject to the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must complete every module and activity in the program
  • You must apply the material in good faith to your coaching practice
  • Your projected time savings, calculated over a six-month window, do not exceed the total hours you invested in the course
  • Example: If you save 3 hours per client and typically onboard 3 clients each month, that is 9 hours per month or 54 hours in six months. If the course required 20 hours to finish, you have nearly tripled your time back.

7.2 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit your request within 14 days of completing the final module and no later than 60 days after enrollment by emailing [email protected]
  • Provide a brief summary of your implementation efforts and the basis for your time-savings projection

7.3 Subscription Cancellation

For membership subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

8. ACCESS AND COURSE DURATION

8.1 Course Access

Upon purchasing our course, you will have access to the course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Access to course materials is personal and non-transferable.

8.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your system meets the technical requirements necessary to access and use our content. We are not responsible for any inability to access content due to your hardware, software, or internet connection.

9. USER CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

9.1 Community Rules

As a member of our Kajabi Community, you agree to abide by the following rules:

  • No hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment
  • No spam or promotional content unrelated to the course
  • No advertising for unrelated programs or products
  • No harassment of other community members
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members

9.2 Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our courses, community, or Site at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE

  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED AND EVEN IF ONUS LEADERSHIP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS FROM OUR COURSES MAY VARY. Testimonials and examples used are exceptional results and are not intended to guarantee, promise, represent, or warranty that you will achieve the same or similar results.

12.2 "As Is" Service

OUR SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ONUS LEADERSHIP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR CONTENT IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF OUR COURSES OR MATERIALS. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST ONUS LEADERSHIP ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through a website notice and by email. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
